Proteins for comminuted meat products

For comminuted meat products, which are not fully cuttered we created a special ranges of protein products. These flakes have a high protein fiber content and therefor are easy to mix in minced meat without changing the structure of the meat. Due to its unique structure our flakes are functional in cold and hot products. For this reason it is used in products like meatballs or burgers. Every minced meat product – raw or pre-cooked – will be improved in yield and bite by using our protein-flakes.
By adding 1 to 3 % of our flakes to product produced of comminuted meat, you will create a firmer product with less cooking loss. Besides that our products bring an extra flavor enhancing force so salt can be reduced without losing the flavor profile of the product.
